Antonio’s Serving Catering Addendum Wait staff & Bartenders • $50 per hour per plus tips Minimum four (4) Hours – any additional will be paid by event host at the $50 hourly rate Lead Wait staff Person - $25 additional per selected Waiter If tables, Sternos or any set up needs to be completed there will be an additional fee depending on the size, amount of guests, location and items to be set up. Fee’s will start at $200 depending on the event. Buss Persons/Wait staff assistants • $50 per hour plus tips Full Set up – Plates, Water Glasses, Wine Glasses, Silverware, Napkins, Etc, $19-$30 set up depending per person. **Breakage Fees – to be discussed** Deposits to be paid in advance, at least two (2) weeks to four (4) weeks prior to the event and remaining balance paid 48 hours in advance of event.
